How to Apply for Fulbright Scholarship 2024?

To apply for a Fulbright grant in 2024, please follow the instructions below:

1. Create an online application.

To apply for the Fulbright program, you must assemble a range of materials to help the USEFP evaluate your qualifications. Your application should include all resources.

2. Prepare degrees and transcripts from school.

All transcripts and diplomas from a four-year undergraduate program or one that is comparable, such as ACCA or international three-year bachelor’s degrees. PhD applicants must submit transcripts as well as an MPhil or MS degree. If you are in your final year of undergraduate studies and aim to graduate by December of current year, you may also apply.

The USEFP evaluates all parts of your transcripts, including your GPA. They look at your educational background, the courses you took, and how well you did in each one. They also consider the fact that various universities utilise different grading systems. Although there is no minimum GPA for applicants, the majority of Fulbright grantees have outstanding college records. 3. Take the TOEFL and GRE General Tests.

You can include either your unofficial GRE score from the exam day or, if you already have your official result, that score in your application. Each applicant must use code 9388 to request that ETS deliver an official score report directly to USEFP. At the time of application, GRE general (international) test scores are necessary. An excellent GRE score is 315 or higher for engineering and science, and 310 or higher in all other subjects. No GRE subject test is required.

To be considered for the Fulbright, you must score 138 on both the verbal and quantitative components of the GRE. However, the majority of selected candidates had GRE scores in the upper percentile. If you take the GRE more than once, you can only disclose your best score because Fulbright only considers that. The TOEFL is not required when submitting your application. If you are invited to an interview, you must complete the TOEFL exam. IELTS is not an acceptable qualification.

4. Write 2 essays.

The Fulbright application involves two essays. Each essay must be completed in the area specified on the application form, which is roughly 800 words long. Don’t overthink your writings; instead, write in plain language so that the Fulbright panel, who are unfamiliar with your world, can better comprehend you. 7. Complete the online application

8. Interview

Following the submission and examination of your written application, you might get an invitation to a panel interview.
